Silent, flowing YT type quartz DIY Wall Clock mechanism

The movement for clock is only available for purchase if you buy the hands with it in the order. If you do not have hands in the order but have the movement, the order will be edited and clock movement will be removed.

Types of SK and YT mechanisms differ from each other by the diameter of the hand shaft where the hands are attached, therefore hands for SK type will not fit for YT type mechanism and accordingly hands for YT type will not fit for SK type mechanism!!!!. Take this into account when selecting hands and mechanisms!!!

Length of metal thread - 7 mm 
Total length of movement shaft - 15 mm
Suitable for boards up to 5 mm thick

Length of metal thread - 9 mm
Total length of movement shaft - 17 mm
Suitable for boards up to 7 mm thick

Length of metal thread - 13 mm
Total length of movement shaft - 21 mm
Suitable for boards up to 11 mm thick

Length of metal thread - 24 mm
Total stem dimension - 31 mm
Suitable for boards up to 22 mm thick

How to calculate the required length of metal thread:
Thickness of the base of the artboard + thickness of the coating used (resin, texture paste, etc.) + stones/decor if used + metal nut 2mm 
Example:
Art board with a base of 3 mm HDF + resin coating 3 mm + stones 4 mm + metal nut 2 mm = 3 + 3 + 4 + 4 +2 = 12 mm 
It turns out that for such work you need to take a mechanism with a thread height of at least 12 mm
